Hello! There has been a stray dog loitering outside my apartment
complex. I felt bad for it because its so thin and sad looking and
tried to feed it when I saw it. Today (after not seeing it all of
yesterday) I saw that it has puppies! I could not come within 30ft of
them before the dog started barking its head of scaring me. The
puppies are very close to a driveway. Any advice on who I can contact
to help these stray dogs and puppies? I am an international student
and I am leaving in about 2 weeks. Please help! The dog looks half
starved!
