Medical sponsorship for Blackie, Half Brown & Cow Cow (Mdm Hoo & Lai Mei Kueen’s)

We have fully sponsored RM94 for Half Brown (medication, PCV test, hospitalisation), RM54 for Blackie (medication, two abscess discharge, hospitalisation) and RM32 for Cow Cow (medication, vaccination, skin scrap). 50% of this sponsorship comes from our Medical Fund and the balance comes from Edward Lee, Elaine Chan, Peggy Tiong, Amelia and Sau Yee.

Dear Dr Chan,

We would like to appeal for medical subsidy for this 2 puppies (pic attached) Blackie and  Half Brown. Blackie was found with 2 lumps and we

brought him to the vet. The vet had removed the lumps and is now recovering.

As for Half Brown’s case it was found lying down looking very  sick. We brought him to the vet and the vet said he got low blood count and

need to tranfuse blood but after the vet open a can of food for him he ate a little so they didn’t transfuse any blood but put him on observation.

They suspect his blood count is low therefore he needs Hill’s A/D can food at the moment to stabilise his blood count. The other reason it might

have tick fever.  In order to help us cut cost the vet had asked us to bring back the puppy to monitor and they had given us medicine and

vitamins.

Can we submit our claim for this  2 puppies?

Dear Dr Chan,

We would like to appeal  for the vaccination and medical expenses for this puppy Cow Cow. This puppy was rescued from the dog-catcher’s

lorry. It’s time to vaccinate him and he is having some skin problem. The vet gave him some medicine for his skin problem for 2 weeks. If there

is no improvement then we will have to send him for injection.

Can we proceed for the claim?
