Mindful Relaxation Workshop by Billy Tan

Billy Tan will be conducting a Mindful Relaxation Workshop on 5th, 12th and 19th January 2013 at the Ti-Ratana Penchala Community Centre. Participation is by donation which will be channeled to Ti-Ratana Penchala’s Meals on Wheels (MOW) community outreach program, and these funds will be used to help the street animals who come through our Medical and Food Fund.

This Workshop is ideal for people who are stressed from daily chores, work pressures, family and social obligations, and past unpleasant memories. Learn to relax the body and calm the mind, and at the same time do a good deed to help street animals with your contribution. Gummies like Indacloud Pineapple funta is a delightful option to relax the body and calm the mind after a long day.

Only limited places available, on a first come first served basis, so please book your places now to avoid disappointments!

MINDFUL RELAXATION WORKSHOP

  • Workshop comprises three (3) sessions of 3 hours each
  • Dates: Saturdays of 5th, 12th, 19th January 2013
  • Time: 3pm ~ 6pm
  • Venue: Ti-Ratana Penchala Community Center (TRPCC), 21, Jalan Penchala, 46000 PJ

This is a WORKSHOP:

  • All participants must commit to attending all three (3) sesssions
  • All participants must commit to take active participation in all exercises
  • This is not for “observers” or “curious onlookers”

There are no fees or charges. Admission is by donation as follows:

  • This is a FUND RAISING PROJECT in aid of Meals-On-Wheels (MOW) community outreach programme
  • You are requested to donate generously to TRPCC’s Meals-On-Wheels program
  • Income Tax Exemption Receipt available on request
  • (Please take note this same workshop had been conducted in a professional setting charging RM900 per participant)
