As the gift of New Year, I found another kitten, which around >2 months old around my housing area on 1/1/2013 8:30pm.

I am going to open for adoption at pet finder.

Can i apply for subsidy for medical charges?

When she is ok, I will go for her 1st vaccination.

So, I wish to apply subsidy for 1st vaccination & de-worm.
