Spaying subsidy for 1 female cat, Callie, also for adoption (Lim Swee Yen’s)

Dear Dr.Chan,

I would like to apply for a neutering subsidy for 1 female cat
(Callie).

Callie was found at a coffee shop in Aug 2012. According to the shop
owner, she was born there along with her 3 siblings. She grew up there
and she lived in fear everyday and so she was extremely timid. The
whole family would hide under the fridge in the day and would only
come out when the coffee shop closed.

I only managed to get her and thought of rescuing the others the next
day. But unfortunately, I was told that one kitten was knocked down by
a car when I went back. The other kittens were also nowhere to be
seen.

She has now grown up to be less timid and extremely loving. She loves
to cuddle. Callie is up for adoption. 🙂
