Subject: Application for Spaying Subsidy : Daisy
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,
How are u doing ?I would like to apply for spaying subsidy for a female stray dog, Daisy from the factory area. She is 2 yrs ++, not used to be handled by anyone eventhough being fed daily and very hard to be caught. She was diagonased with tick fever in July last year when was 1st sent to be spayed n bitten my ex co worker on the arm. This co worker feeds the strays in the factory after I had left my former job which attempting to catch her for the 1st time.Daisy was caged but she would bite her way out of the cage on the 1st night and couldnt be confined, eventually she was pregnant before she completed the tick fever antibiotics (28 days treatment) n delivered 3 puppies. Unfortunately, 1 pup was sick n couldnt survived. 1 male pup was adopted and now left 1 female pup, Mica in the factory. Mica will be spayed when she is fit and old enough.Yesterday, my ex co worker had been able to catch Daisy which was right after her heat and, today she has been spayed at the vet’s. But her paw was injured (with a cut) during the attempt to catch her n also vet has diagnosed her blood to be a bit high on the white blood cells. The vet has prescribed antiobiotics for both these reasons. Daisy was sent back to the factory for recovery n rest after spaying.I hope I can apply for the subsidy on Daisy’s spaying and medical treatment.Total Expenses :Spaying RM150.00Stitching paw RM15.00Antibiotics RM42.00Bloodcount RM40.00Bloodsmear RM15.00TOTAL RM277.00Thank you.
