Spaying subsidy for 2 female cats (Noraini Mohd Noor’s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of 2 female cats, looked after by Noraini Mohd Noor. Noraini has adopted both cats. This subsidy comes from our Medical Fund and the Ti-Ratana Penchala Community Centre.
