hi Dr Chan

   Hope you are keeping well. I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for two rescue male dogs:

a) Harvey was found Feb 12 in my housing area walking aimlessly, very tired and skinny, We tried to find his owner but to no avail and can only conclude that he has been abandoned.

    He has since been under foster care and was recently neutered. Last Sunday I send him to a farm to rehome but he could squeeze through the gap so he is back at a foster home.

    Harvey, a fullly black dog, is estimated 4-5 years old, very strong and steady, affectionate and good watchdog.

    FYI fosterer named him Hussin at first but we later changed his name to Harvey.

b) Charlie, 5 months old brindle.

   He was found 2 months ago as a puppy on a street in Bangsar. He had mange at the time but has been treated. Fully recovered and has had his vaccinations.

   He is friendly, good with both people and dogs. Obedient and also a very alert watchdog.

   He may not be very good looking but he is absolutely adorable and an easygoing dog.
