Kimi, lost Shiba Inu (dog) in TTDI – FOUND!! (a request by Koo Swee Por)

Updates on 27th March 2013 : It’s amazing!! Mr Lee (the owner of Kimi) just texted me to say Kimi has come home!!  Apparently, Kimi ran to a Malay kampung and a Malay boy found her and contacted Mr Lee.

It’s been 2 weeks since Kimi escaped from her leash and ran off during a walk.

A good reminder to all dog-owners: Make sure your dog wears a tag with your contact details. Luckily Kimi had this. Otherwise, the Malay boy would not have known who Kimi’s owner is.

And a side story: The world is so small. When Koo sent me the post, he mentioned a “Mr Lee” but as per our policy, we cannot publish third party names and contact numbers without their consent, so the post below was published under Koo’s name. Then, I visited my mum and she told me that Mr Lee, my father’s former boss (who knew me since I was 13 years old!) had lost his dog. Mr Lee visits my father every week. Then, we put two and two together and figured it all out. Kimi’s owner is Mr Lee, someone who knew me since I was 13 way back in Kuala Kangsar! I quickly contacted him and gave him the contact number of the animal communicator but was told that after 24 hours, it is very difficult to locate a lost animal.

Anyway, what a happy reunion! Mr Lee says Kimi is perfectly fine.

Thank you so much to the boy who found Kimi and contacted Mr Lee!
