To: chankahyein@gmail.comDear Dr Chan,We spotted a brown dog with a leather collar a few weeks ago. It had a nice coat so we assumed it was somebody’s dog going out for a walk. however we spotted it several times more and it seems to be losing weight. It was also going from one house to another looking for something. Its quite docile too. We’re getting concerned that it is a missing dog. Attached is a photo i took this morning. It is wandering around jalan 3, ampang utama.thank you.Hamida Alonto
