Subject: Subsidy Applications
To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,
I would like to apply neuter subsidies for 1 female cat (Siti) and 2 males cat(Orix and Milo).
Siti is a stray cat came to my house months ago. We decide to feed her outside the house. Since she is very well manner, my father allow her to come in to our house. But she is very fertile. She’s already given birth three times. Luckily, her previous kids that survive are all boys. The third batch, there’s a girl I think. But I need to stop Siti from getting pregnant again. Now her babies are ready to wean, I wish to spay her.
Milo and Orix, they are Siti’s old kids. I would like them to be neutered too because I am afraid that they will fight with other tom cats that roam around my house once they started to become mature. They fight a lot here. Maybe they will be neutered too if i can catch them.
I also would like to request medical subsidy for Milo (if there any). He’s been losing fur in patches around his body and under the chin. I will let vet examine him when I bring him for neutering. I am planning to take them to the vet next week.
I would greatly appreciate if you can approve my application. Thank you very much for the kind help.
Sincerely,
Nor Aimi Izzati Mohd Nor

To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,
Siti,Orix and Milo have been neutered last Thursday (18/4/2013) and recovering well now. Siti’s stitches needs to be remove after two weeks. Regarding Milo fur, I’m not going to apply for medical subsidy since the cost is not too high.
I’ve already post the Neutering Subsidy Form and the receipt to you yesterday via Pos Ekspress.
Attached are the pictures of the cats after surgery and below is the clinic information.
Thank you Dr Chan
Sincere,
