Subject: Medical subsidy application for Bobby’s puppy
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,Thank you for the neutering subsidy approval. I shall start the neutering soon one by one and adhere to animalcare policies.
I have another case here today and I would appreciate if animalcare could provide the medical subsidy. Bobby’s puppy which I just named Georgie was brought to the clinic this morning because his respiratory system has been infected as I notice. The vet has run the distemper test and fortunately the result was negative. The vet treated him as flu case. Now Georgie has been isolated from other siblings and taken care for few days by me. The treatment cost was RM 85.00. I will submit the receipt if this application is approved.
Tq doctor. I attach his photos here for your record.

I know that some of these cats belong to one residence family nearby because some of them wearing collars. These cats are like Mr G and patio furry friends of yours. Coming to my house for food day and night with their pity cute faces. Due to the ignorance issue of pet owner, I think that I have to act now to curb their population. I hope you can help me with the subsidy.
On the other hand, there are a few dogs have been staying at my housing area and fed by me and kind neighbors. One of these dogs, named Bobby, is now with her 9 new born puppies. Now, we hv built temporary shelter for Bobby using camping tent. So far, she and her puppies are doing fine.
Therefore, I would be grateful if animalcare could provide neutering subsidy for them.I will have to start with the female cats because it is very likely that they are on heat. For dogs, I still have no idea how to transport them. Maybe trying to get help from the council to catch later.
I attach their photos for your record. Tq doctor.
P.s: cherry’s growth is getting bigger after the second steroid injection. I am afraid that the change of prescription has not done any good for her health esp the growth. I am thinking of trying transfer factor for her. I attach her latest pic.
