We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Pinky the Cat. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM40) and Berjaya Cares (RM60).

I would like to apply for subsidy the spaying of a female stray cat
named Pinky. Attached, please find the receipt and photos for your
reference.
Pinky is a stray cat that lives in my neighbourhood. For the past four
months, I have been consistently feeding Pinky outside my house. 2
months ago, she gave birth to 3 kittens. Unfortunately, 2 kittens when
missing and 1 is still with Pinky. I brought Pinky to the vet a few days
ago for spaying since I don’t want her to get pregnant again. I don’t
mind feeding Pinky and her kitten outside my house since I have 4 indoor
cats of my own.I hope to hear from you soon.
