Medical and spaying subsidy for Bella, rescued dog (Teresa Chian Li Kim’s)

We have subsidised RM59,50 for the skin treatment and RM150 for the spaying of Bella. This total subsidy of RM209.50 comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM89.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM120).

I am requesting for subsidy for Bella’s (my new rescue) spaying and treatment for Demodex. Attached is the bill and Bella’s picture before spaying.

Once approve, I’ll send you the original Bill.

I am only approaching AnimalCare for sponsorship for Bella.
