We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of these 2 female cats and RM25 for the vaccination for the dog. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM85) and Berjaya Cares (RM140).

To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,Would like to apply for subsidy for the spaying of 2 alley cats(stray) that was performed last Friday on Sept 20th at the Penang State Vet Clinic (Daerah Timur Laut). I am going to try to spay and neuter as many stray cats as possible in the area where I stay, so I am starting with these 2 stray cats. Will also try to vaccinate them. Attached are photos of the 2 spayed kittens (before and post the procedure) we are currently housing them in the empty room of our rented place for 10 days until the stitches are ready to come out and both are doing fine.I am from Penang and live in an apartment with my family. My full name is Yeoh Swee Eng but I am known by Joyce. I have 2 cats of my own. I feed a few stray dogs in the area as well and have spayed one of them, got one pregnant stray adopted by a neighbour who has helped homed the 3 puppies she gave birth to.Will send the application form and the original receipt today to the given address by Pos Express today.Would also like to appy for the vaccination given to one of the stray dog I am feeding.
