This is a follow-up for Anabel.
The 3 bills total RM171.00 and we have subsidised RM85.50 for them. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM35.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM50).

We took Anabel to the vet this morning as her skin condition got worse and she started to scratch bad, so she has to take medications (see attachment), we cannot vaccinate and spay her until her skin condition resolves. We would like to apply for the medical subsiy for this visit.Thanks n rgds
