We have subsidised RM150 for the spaying and RM62.50 for the surgery of Piper. This subsidy of RM212.50 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM82.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM130).

To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr ChanWe found Piper in KL earlier this year. She is estimated to be about 8 years old. No one has come to claim her so far.
We didn’t spay her earlier because we were unsure if she has been neutered. Anyhow she wasn’t, and she is ready now to
be spayed. She was found with a tumor on one of her breast ducts. The vet suspected it to be mammary glad tumor.
We plan to send her in for surgery to remove the tumor as well as spay her at the same time. Attached are photos of
Piper and the tumor.I would like to seek subsidy for the surgery and the spaying. Estimated total cost is about RM300-RM400. Please advise
