Translation:
These dogs / puppies were picked up from a factory in Cheras. The foreign workers in that area eat dogs, so my friend told me to foster them and look for adopters later. I have fostered 7 of the female dogs / puppies. The other two have been adopted. I promised the adopter who adopted the two dogs / puppies that I will neuter the dogs / puppies in June.
