Neutering and vaccination sponsorship for 4 cats in Kedah (Chin Ying Fong’s)

We have fully sponsored RM40 for the neutering of Tum Tum (male cat) and RM60 for the vaccinations of 3 cats. They are also for adoption. If interested, please contact Ying Fong directly.

Dear Dr Chan,

Good evening.

I would like to apply for subsidy for the following cats and attached are the documents for your reference:-

* all these 4 cats – Tum-tum, Fook Chai, Bell & Bella are (strays) cats in my university compound.

Tum-tum (male)

–   Tum-tum & his brother (pls refer picture) together with Bell & Bella usually hang around our Student Centre/canteen area.

–   I have sent Tum-tum for his neutering operation last Monday & caretake him during his recovering period.

    He has fully recovered and during his stay at my house, I discovered that he is a super sweet & gentle cat.

    I have released him back to the university.

Fook Chai (male)

–   He has been neutered with Animal Care’s subsidy (thanks).

–   He roams around my office & Student Centre  and has a beautiful beautiful fur like the mountain cat.

–   he is another male cat which is very gentle & sweet.

–   I have sent him for his 1st vaccination today together with Bell & Bella.

Bell & Bella (female & they are siblings)

–   This is their 2nd vaccination and I have sent them today, which 2nd vaccin shall be due by 22 Feb 14.

–   I feel very lucky to be able to locate them together today as roam between Student Centre or sometimes the anak yatim canteen or  …sometimes I cannot locate them.

I have attached 9 documents:

–  1st attachment  – 2 receipts & 4 separate pages of application form

–  2nd attachment – 3 vaccination cards (Fook C, Bell & Bella)

                                 *will feed them w deworm pills after 3 days (advise from Jabatan Haiwan)

–  4 pictures of Tum-tum – before & after operation

–  2 pictures of Fook Chai

–  1 pictures of Bell & Bella (together)

Please help to circulate in your website as all of them are up for adoption and they need :

1.   lots of TLC, love & play time, especially when they r sick.

2.   STRICTLY NO CAGING & free to roam within the garden or house

3.   healthy food & drinks

4.   love them & promise NOT to abandone them !
