Me and friend we have spayed a female stray cat on 12/2 and sincerely hope to apply neutering subsidy for her.We name her Hooma. She was found around a mamak stall, i was waiting for my friend on the car and happened to see her walking on street. I offered her some foods and noticed that two male cats were following her. We thought she was on heat so we trapped and spayed her but vet said that she wasn’t on heat. We’ve released her back to the place after few days and is going there daily to feed her and other cats.Please kindly check on the attachment for her pix n receipt.
