I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for this cat.

Age : 8 monthsMimi was rescued 2 months ago. She had a big wound on her neck. The rescuer sent her to the vet for treatment. She was given meds but the rescuer can’t take care of her because she have other commitment. She post on KARE’s page looking for fosterer or the vet will euthanized her. My friend took her in and the wound healed nicely. Then I took Mimi for spaying.
