To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,Chi yan was found next to my house. Actually muffin found her and notify me to adopt chi yan somewhere last year in sept13. I believe people throw her to my house knowing that i always help stray cat. My estimate, she was 3 weeks old when i found her. Sadly she is a deaf cat & confirm by vet. So that why i give her name as Chi Yan.Now she’s already 5 months old. To avoid her mating with my cat, so i decided to neuter her together with muffin.. But due to budget constrain, so i neuter muffin first last 2 weeks while waiting for my salary.I have just finish neutering chi yan yesterday.. Attached is the photo after neuter.
