Agnes went to look at the place today. Mr Chin had left a notice on the floor requesting the tenant to contact him.

Agnes also contacted the owner of the building but he does not know who the tenant is as his lawyer handled the tenancy.

We have given Mr Chin the DVS contacts as well as the contact of the president of VAM who has offered to help through DVS and SPCA. All Mr Chin needs to do is to put it in writing. We hope Mr Chin will take up his offer and do the needful. Otherwise, the feeding has to continue for the trapped kitten.
