To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>hi Dr ChanThis white dog was found sitting in a park at Damansara Kim three weeks ago. He is quite small, about 10 kgs only and is wearing a blue collar. He was under foster care while we tried to find his owner but to no avail, as no one has come up to claim him nor put up notice for lost dogs.I would like to seek neutering subsidy for Morpheus, after which will put him up for adoption. He is calm and steady and affectionate, and yet a good watchdog. Hope he gets a second chance in finding a good home.thanksEileen
