We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of Kelly and Mei-Mei.

so I immediately bring her back for spaying surgery.
1st Vaccination will be do after she recover from surgery.Here, I would like to apply for spaying subsidy at this time.

At this time, I have 2 tabby female cat for spaying surgery claim, Fu-Fu & Mei-Mei.
Both look alike in the photo. so to proof that there are really 2 tabby cat, I have sent photos of them in 1 photo to show you .to let you very clear that I have been TNR 3 tabby which are most look alike,Fufu (December 2013), Kelly and Mei-Mei,I have put their photo in 1 piece.Files attached are the photo of Kelly.
