Dear Dr Chan,
A very good day to you. Last 2 nights a female cat followed my sister in law to my block.I guess she is either very hungry or sick. So I seeked my sister help to bring the cat up to my place with a carrier.
Once we settled her in a room, we saw her conditions were really bad. She was definitely very hungry & have mange, bad flu, coughing, broken teeth & skin conditions. Took her to vet for medical treatment. Age estimated over 5 yrs.
Once she is ok, can I apply for vaccinations & spaying subsidies when its time? Will resubmit news pictures as usual. Discussed with vet if she is clear from all illnesses, she can be vaccined in next 2 weeks.
Thank you
Regards,
