Nujtiya has helped her mother, Mdm Lim, get two of her community dogs spayed. We have subsidised RM300 for the procedures.

Subject: Neutering Subsidy
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr. Chan,We have sent 2 female dogs for neutering on 19/Apr/2014 and would like to claim for Neutering Subsidy RM300 (RM150 per dog) if possible.One of the dogs (Golden yellow in colour) was actually rescued by my mum from an accident, most probably car accident where she was found unable to walk few months ago. Now she has fully recovered so we sent her for neutering on 19/Apr/2014. My mum decided to release her just outside our house in next few days if she is fine.The other dog (White in colour) was a street dog at Kangar town. The Doctor found that she has a tumour while neutering. Anyway, the neutering surgery was done successfully and injection (for tumour) was given to her.
