Dear Kah Yein,

I would like to apply for the subsidy for Bella as follows:

Bella (female cat at my work place)

–        Vaccinated (1^st & 2^nd) and subsidied by AnimalCare (thanks)

–        Bella and Bell (her sister, spayed, sponsored by AnimalCare) are both cats in my university compound; I feed them twice everyday.

–        Bella was sent for spaying last Tuesday in Alor Setar and has been recovering & resting at my rented house in alor setar. She has been taking 3 medicines everyday & I shall released her to the university by this Wednesday or Thursday.

–        Attached are receipts (original sent via pos ekspress) & pictures of before and after operation.

Thanks,

Ying fong
