To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr.Chan,Good day to you…We have again spayed a female stray cat and dog recently and hope to apply neutering subsidy for them… The cat is Kuro, staying at our back alley now, given birth by a mummy cat at nearby street we trying to trap the mummy n feed her every night coz she’s very afraid of human. The other is Obaka she loiter at a residential area near our regular feeding zone, still a young dog about 1 year old she on heat recently and attract gangs of male dogs gather there and fight, so we trap her and spay also..Please kindly check on the attachment for their pix n receipt.
