Dear Dr Chan

Good day to you

This stray pup, I named Doriz, is among the group of 6 puppies born at USJ workshop somewhere 3-4 months ago. All her siblings were adopted except her.

I managed to catch her and spayed her yesterday.

Attached her pictures, AnimalCare neutering subsidy and receipt for your kind attention

Thank you Dr Chan for caring the street animals

Best regards
