Terng Xiang Yue is still a student and he uses his own money (earned from giving tuition) to fund his rescue work. We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying and RM50 for the two vaccinations. Both puppies were rescued and both have been adopted by Xiang Yue’s friend now.

To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Madam,Thank you.
Doctor says this puppy is still too small to be neutered. The other 2 puppies who are around 5 months old had been neutered and vaccinated but doctor says they are quarentined because there is blood in their poo. So, this is why I am not given any receipt yet and so I cannot claim for subsidy yet for both of them.
Once my father helps me to make payment, I will email their photos to you first for approval beforre I post the application form and receipt to you.
Thank you.
Cheers,
