1st vaccination subsidy for Mika, rescued cat (Marina bt Mustapha’s)

We have subsidised RM25 for Mika’s first vaccination.

Dear Dr Chan,

Good evening to you.

I’m writing this email pertaining to the new kitten that I rescued on 14 June 2014.I named her Mika.

She was found nearby a stall at the road side. I was actually helping another adult cat that was injured due to accident. Mika was in the same place so I took her too since she is quite young to survive on her own.

Vet estimated her age around 2.5-3 mths. Her weight was only 800gram & today she weight 1.05kg.Need to gain more. I took her for her 1st vaccination today at noon.

Initially,she has a potential adopter but the person is unable to adopt her at the end & notified me last 2 nights. I think what meant to be will be. Someone texted me after I returned from vet & wish to adopt her. They came to fetch her just now. I am so happy about it.

I would like to apply the 1st vaccination subsidy. Appreciate if my application is approve.

Will post form & receipt this coming Monday.
