My name is Noor Rahilla Ahmad Mohari. I would like to apply neutering subsidy for pok. Someone dumped pok near my house and pok was having flu and eyes infection. So i nurse him back to health. And now pok is big enough to be neuter. Can i apply for the subsidy for him ?
