Spaying subsidy for 1 female dog, Lui Lui (Lai Mei Kueen’s)

We have subsidised RM150 for the spaying of Lui Lui.

Hi Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for the spay subsidy for this community dog named Lui Lui. She is a friendly dog. After spaying, will return her and continue feeding her as to get the adult dogs a home is not easy.

Can i submit the subsidy?
