Mdm Tay Cheng Choo is a new applicant. We are glad that a vet in Johor Baru is helping stray animals and their rescuers by letting his rescuer-clients know about our subsidies. This way, we can help save more lives.
Mdm Tay does not use the internet, so she sent the following photos by post. These two dogs were rescued in February 2014, one was pregnant and has since delivered. Mdm Tay is still fostering them now, hoping to rehome them.
