Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply neutering subsidy for a 1 year old male dog named Bobbie.

He is a stray dog that was dumped at my neighborhood guard house 6 months ago.

Recently I brought him back to my house as there are a lot of ticks on his body.

I have sent him for vaccinations before neutering

and now trying to rehome him.

The receipt sent through pos ekspress.

Hoping my application will be approved.
