Neutering and vaccination subsidy for Tippy, rescued dog, also for adoption (Lai Mei Kueen’s)

Hi Dr Chan,

Good morning. I would like to apply for the neutering and vaccination for a rescue case. Tippy was dumped by his

owner. He is a very friendly dog. He do not know why his owner dumped him and waited day and night in front of the owner’s house. He sleeps under cars and lorries which resulted his leg got rolled over. Part of the leg is gone and now he is 3 legged.

He is neutered and vaccine. I will follow up with the pics. Can i proceed with the claim of the neutering and vaccine?

Pls help me to post for adoption or fostering too as keeping him in the vet would be very costly.
