Hi Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for the vaccination subsidies for 2 pups. Benji who was found alone in a TNB station was given the 2nd vaccination. The first vaccine is claimed under the name of Tiny. He is now at a fosterer home and

renamed by the fosterer to Benji.

Can i proceed with the claim? Pls help me post Benji for adoption too. He is male , about 5 months old and healthy. Vaccinated and deworm. He is a very timid boy so he needs someone who can spend time with him.

The brown pup was rescued from an empty house and is given the first vaccine.

He is now adopted by the fosterer’s staff whose salary is not high but love dogs.
