Spaying subsidy for 1 female cat (Irene Ho Sook Ching’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of this cat.

Dear Dr. Chan,

We are taking the mother cat which I have mention in my first email to you to the clinic to spay tomorrow.

If she is fit to do the procedure we will submit the fill-up forms and receipt by hand tomorrow too.

I attached herewith the photo of the mother cat before the procedure. Will send you the after procedure photo when we have it.
