Dear Dr Chan,
Good day to you.I have just rescued a mother cat & her 4 mths old kitten at a parking lot. I have been feeding mother cat since last year.Not able to spay her earlier since she has been pregnant consistently or I hv other rescues at the time ( no space to quarantine her).
Vet did a check up yesterday. She does not seem to be pregnant & still nursing her current kitten.I saw a young male cat tried to hump the kitten so I took they in..Just sent the mother cat to spay tomorrow ( board 1 night-working tmr).
Can I apply the neutering subsidy from Animalcare?
Will post the original receipt once I fetch Mama from the vet.Thank you
