Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply spaying subsidy for one stray cat I found at petrol station. She was alone and meowed for food with bad flu. I think either she was lost or dumped. Since she is a female (afraid that she might get pregnant), so I brought her back and treated her flu. Now after almost three weeks, she is fit and is not pregnant, I would like to spay her before rehoming or returning her to cat community. I named her Puteri.

Here is the update about Puteri. She was spayed on 13 August 2014 and doing fine. I attach her photos for your record.
