I would like to apply spaying subsidy for 2 female cats (Comel and Adik) and neutering subsidy for 1 male cat (Togel). The cost of both spaying and neutering is RM260.The cats are living at my neighbourhood and i feed them everyday. I will release the cats to the neighbourhood after this, other neighbours also feed them. I attached the photos of the cats here.
