Spaying subsidy for 1 female cat, Gaga, in Skudai, Johor (Vicky Teoh Wei Kheng’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Gaga.

Dear Dr Chan,

Good day, I am Teoh Wei Kheng, student from UTM. This is my first encounter to this program which I get to know from Mr. Chai who has recently emailed you. I would like to apply subsidy for neutering of a stray female cat on 21th of August 2014.

The cat we named as Gaga. She delivered two cute little kittens about 3 months ago at our faculty building. Due to the inconvenience at our faculty building (near laboratories with high exposure to chemicals), it is not suitable for Gaga and the kittens staying over there. Thus we plan to neuter Gaga before relocate her to hostel area meanwhile our friends had adopt the kittens already.

I am pleased to attach all the required documents for your consideration and will send the original receipt and application form by post this week. Thanks
