Dear Dr Chan,
On the way walking home from my sister in law place, I saw a kitten crossing road (2x). It is very dangerous for her of her age. She will not know what is danger.She just wants to play.There were uncle & aunties nearby who have asked me to take her home.They said so many have died due to they were hit by cars.
I rescued her on 19 August 2014 & today I took her for her 1st vaccination. I am looking for an adopter for her currently. Vet said she is ard 3mths old.
Can I claim for vaccination subsidy? Attached her picture on 19 Aug & current with vaccination sticker.

Good afternoon to you.Hope you are well & Happy Merdeka Day!I took Mama for her 1st vaccination today.
Can I claim for vaccination subsidy? Really hope it can be approved.Will post original receipt this Tuesday morning together with Kiera’s vaccination receipt.
Mama is consider community cat that I feed 2x daily ( in my block area). She prefers outdoor & meowing very loud if I keep her indoor too long.
These few days she will be staying in my room so I can monitor her after vaccination. Then, I will release her back to this area.
