1st vaccination subsidy for Arna, rescued dog (Lyzz Sew Shew Lai’s)

We have subsidised RM25 for Arna’s 1st vaccination.

Dear Dr Chan

I would like to apply vaccination subsidy for a female dog named Arna.

Arna was dumped at the veterinary clinic after the person who knock her down by car refused to pay for further medical bills.

She is about 7 months old now and I am fostering her.

One of her hind leg is still limping due to the accident.

I will be sending her for  further medical check soon.

I am also trying to rehome her.

Hoping my application will be approved.

The receipt sent through pos ekspress.
