Hi Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for 4 male cats – Peace, Love, Joy & Kat Zai.

Peace, Love, Joy were rescued together with their mother, Teresa ( http://www.petfinder.my/pets/55588/ ), on March 2014, at Kuchai Lama behind the restaurant Chili Padi. (This is their story on facebook – https://m.facebook.com/mayki.p/albums/10152352250509892/?ref=bookmark)

Kat Zai was rescued at Flat Melati Jalan Loke Yew on January 2014. He was so tiny and weak that time but luckily he make it finally. (This is Kat Zai’s story on facebook – https://m.facebook.com/mayki.p/albums/10152251816509892/)
