Spaying subsidy for Ginger, female cat (Fairulhidayah bt Jaafar’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of this cat.

Dear Dr Chan Kah Yein,

I pick up a young stray kitten about a month old in May.  I have name her, Ginger and decided to adopt her. Now she is 5 month old ready to spay. As I am a clerk, I don’t have much to pay for the charges.

I wish to apply for sponsorship from My Animal Care. Enclose is the subsidy form together with the receipt attached. Hope that my application will be approve.

I will send the original form and receipt will be posted to you in due course.

I still have 2 more male stray near by my house area which I intend to neuter. I will in contact with you soon.
