We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of a female cat and neutering of a male cat, both of whom are from the market and also fully sponsored RM150 for the spaying of a female dog rescued by Ah Fatt. Both cats have been returned to the marketplace. The female dog was found to have TVT after being spayed and is currently being fostered to undergo chemotherapy.

Ah Fatt says he could not take a post-op photo as the cat was banging his head on the cage wanting to be released. The cat lives around the market area but is rather feral and does not trust humans. The vet verified that this cat has been neutered.
