Dear Dr Chan,
I would like to request subsidy for castration only for this stray male dog age around 9 months.
If its possible,kindly send me your form,attached is his picture,my plan ti bring to vet this tue.This puppy is stray dog living around my neighbourhood, i see him from just a baby and now he is a big boy already 9 months, and friendly, thats why its easy for me to catch and manage for castration.
