We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying of these 2 female dogs. Uncle Sim is a feeder of many dogs in an estate area and was introduced by Tan Mei Lian. Mei Lian is helping Uncle Sim do the claims as Uncle Sim is not computer-savvy. We have spoken to Uncle Sim on the phone and he has agreed to a joint claim.
